Just to let you know that Shtraus-Elit has hired Morgan Stanley London to take it public on the London Stock Exchange early next year. The Morgan Stanley senior executives leading the deal are Ronnie Golan and Dafna Kantor-Sigal, the dougter of Israel Kantor from Kantor, Elhanani, Tal & Co Low Office.

It is not clear whether they hired Morgan Stanley or are very close to hiring MS but this could be the deal of the year if it to go through.
