The minister of Defense, Jose Antonio Alonso, and the Council of the Navy has decided to separate from the professional military service to the three sailors, two men and one woman, who participated in a video porno filmed in the ship Marquess of the Cove.

The decision, according to has informed Defense, is based on the Law of Disciplinary Regime of the Armed Forces, that in its article 17,2 contemplates the sanction of “seriously opposite acts to the discipline, service or military dignity, that do not constitute crime”.
The video, engraving in November of 2005, was hung in Internet in December, and as soon as knowledge of the facts was had, opened an investigation.

Everything began when the sailor who leaves in video next to one her companions, while third makes the shooting, presented/displayed as well a demand before the court of Cartagena, because, apparently, to her they promised to him that the tape was going to be destroyed and did not know that it go to hang itself in Internet.

The recording, that lasts about 15 minutes and is of very bad quality, was made in the cover of the ship that is moored in the naval base of Defeat (Cadiz) and in different compartments from he himself.
